Apple iPhone SE To Make Way In India On April 8
If you have been thinking that how you’d buy Apple’s recently launched handset iPhone SE in India, here comes good news for you. This 4-inch device would go on sale in the country from April 8 onwards, as revealed by Ingram, Redington and Beetel Teletech, Apple’s distributors in India.
While Beetel Teletech has announced that Apple iPhone SE will be available at more than 3,500 retail outlets across India starting from April 8, Redington India has said it will also offer this handset at 3,000 retail outlets in the country.
It must be noted that Beetel Teletech, which is a part of US-based global distribution firm Brightstar, has revealed that one can pre-order the phone on March 29 at 12:01 am. However, no such information has come from Redington India.
The iPhone SE, which comes equipped with A9 chip, and will be available for a starting price of Rs 39,000 for 16GB variant. It has a 12MP rear camera and 1.2MP selfie snapper. It runs the updated iOS 9.3 operating system and will be available in Silver, Gray, Gold, and Rose Gold colours. The company has not announced the price for the other variants so far.
